Shipping Policy

 

Upon order confirmation and availability of stocks, most orders placed before 4 pm IST will be shipped on the same day (excluding Sundays and Public holidays) through our shipping partners. In rare cases, the pickup may get delayed during Public holidays/Bandh/Environmental disturbances.

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies. Our primary shipping partners are Trackon Courier, BlueDart, Shree Maruthi and Anjani Courier. If your pin code is not serviceable by any of the courier partner, we will be shipping through Indian Speed Post, or Delhivery Couriers.

To track your order status, we we will share the tracking details on your registered mail ID once the order has been shipped from our warehouse.

Delivery time varies based on your location. Ideally, for all metropolitan cities it takes 1-3 days and for other cities it may take up to 3-7 days. The time quoted is the best possible time. It will completely depend upon the courier service to deliver the parcels on time. In case of any delays due to a third-party carrier, Mobicore Infotech Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for your losses, if any.

Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before accepting your delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and contact us on +91-9975150301 or mail us on contact@mobiiot.in   mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

GST Invoicing

As per the latest Government mandate, generating an e-invoice on Govt NIC portal is now mandatory. Hence, if you need a GST input, please fill your GST details on the cart page during checkout. If missed, GST details cannot be updated later manually.

Unfortunately, we shall not be able to entertain any modification requests once the order has been placed.

Cash On Delivery (COD)

Mobicore Infotech offers cash on delivery (COD) payment option only for online orders worth Rs 600/- and above but below Rs.3000/- .

A nominal fee of Rs.50/- is charged as processing fee for all COD orders.

All COD orders are shipped only after a confirmation call to customer and after the successful delivery of the previous order from the same customer, otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled. To ensure timely processing and dispatch of your order, please receive calls from ‘Mobicore Infotech’. In case the customer does not answer the call, we will notify you about your order cancelation through an email. Please e-mail or call us at the earliest, in case you would like to confirm your order.
